Services are officially engaged only upon written confirmation (via email or secure messaging such as WhatsApp) and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline or terminate services where requests conflict with applicable laws, ethical standards, safety considerations, or reputational risk.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Spain and the European Union.

All third-party bookings (including but not limited to hotels, villas, transport, events, experiences, or service providers) are subject to the independent terms and conditions of the respective provider.

You acknowledge that:

  • Luxury market pricing is dynamic and may change until final confirmation.


  • Third-party providers may impose additional identification, deposit, or compliance requirements.

  1. Fees, Commission and Payment

Fees may include:

  • Fixed project or management fees


  • Hourly rates or retainers


  • Commissions or referral fees from third-party partners


  • Hybrid fee structures depending on engagement complexity


Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without liability in cases of late or non-payment.

  1. Refunds and Cancelations

Due to the bespoke and time-intensive nature of our work:

Service Fees:

Fees paid for work already performed, research initiated, or operational coordination executed are strictly non-refundable.

Third-Party Costs:

Refunds relating to deposits or payments made to external providers are governed exclusively by that provider’s cancellation policy.

Early Termination:

If you cancel after work has commenced, you remain liable for all time spent and costs incurred.

  1. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we operate with diligence and discretion, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Securing fully booked venues


  • Obtaining upgrades


  • Securing preferential pricing


  • Third-party performance standards


Outcomes are subject to market availability and independent third-party discretion beyond our control.

  1. Third-Party Partners and Liability

We coordinate with independent third-party vendors.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • These vendors are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Torrent Access.


  • We are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, errors, or service failures.


  • Any legal claim relating to third-party services must be addressed directly with the provider.


Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between Torrent Access and any third-party provider.

  1. Client Responsibilities and Compliance

You agree to:

  • Respond promptly to requests for documentation or approvals.


  • Comply with all applicable local laws and venue-specific regulations.


  • Maintain lawful and respectful conduct with partners and staff.


We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) for high-value or sensitive engagements.

We further reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where requests are unlawful, unethical, unsafe, or reputationally damaging.
